Who we are

Rehearsable is operated by You & AI. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Rehearsable web app and iOS app, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@youandai.eu.

Data we collect

  • Account — your name and email, via our auth provider (Clerk), and the sign-in method you choose (Apple, Google, Microsoft, or email/password).
  • Your content — the companies, products, personas, and practice sessions you create, including the transcripts and your voice audio from rehearsal calls, so we can generate AI prospects and score your performance.
  • Usage analytics — product interaction and device/diagnostic data (via PostHog) to understand how the app is used and improve it.
  • Billing — subscription status. Card payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (in-app purchases); we never receive your full card details.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service (run AI practice calls, score them, track your progress), to manage your subscription, to improve the product, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Voice and AI processing

Rehearsable's practice calls, feedback, and scoring are powered by third-party AI providers. When you run a practice session, your input is sent to one of our AI providers (Google, which runs the Gemini models, or OpenAI) so the AI prospect can respond and your session can be transcribed and scored. For a voice rehearsal, this means your microphone audio is streamed to the provider in real time and a transcript is generated; for text and email practice, it means the messages you write. These providers act as our service providers: they process your audio and text only to deliver, transcribe, and score your session, under their API data-processing terms, and they do not use your content to train their models or to serve you advertising. We do not use your voice or practice content for any purpose other than running, transcribing, and scoring your practice. If you would rather not have your voice processed this way, use the text-chat mode instead of a voice call.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service: Clerk (authentication), PostHog (analytics), Stripe and Apple (payments), and our AI providers Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, which power, transcribe, and score the AI prospect (see "Voice and AI processing" above). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual terms that require them to protect it to a standard equivalent to this policy and not to use it for their own purposes.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes your account and associated content, subject to limited legal or billing retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact hello@youandai.eu to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
